"In 2019 I was planning a trip to Iceland which involved a number of walks. My goal was to walk behind a particular waterfall...many wet steps to be climbed up and down and rocks to clamber over! My fear of falling was crippling after a fall a few years before which had shattered my shoulder and required a reverse shoulder replacement. So in June just when I thought I'd never be able to achieve my goal along came Dani and chair yoga and three months later I climbed those steps, clambered over those wet slippery rocks and stood behind the waterfall in tears. I am so grateful to Dani for giving me the confidence and physical ability to achieve my goal. I am now aiming for a tandem parachute jump for my 70th birthday in 14 months!"
